VELVEETA CREAM CHEESE BEEF BOWTIE PASTA
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
10 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup beef broth
4 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup milk (or heavy cream for richer sauce)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook until beef is browned and onion is soft, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease if needed.
Season it up: Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 1–2 more minutes to bloom the flavor.
Make the cheesy sauce: Pour in beef broth and milk (or cream). Reduce heat to low. Add the cream cheese and Velveeta cubes. Stir gently until melted and smooth.
Bring it all together: Add the cooked bowtie pasta into the skillet and gently toss until fully coated in the cheesy beef sauce.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm — melty, hearty, and crazy satisfying.
