Comforting, cheesy, and full of flavor—this potato bake from the Alps is irresistible!
📝 Ingredients:
800 g potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion, chopped
200 g bacon lardons
200 g Reblochon cheese (or brie/camembert), sliced
100 ml cream
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp butter
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
2️⃣ Boil potato slices until just tender, then drain.
3️⃣ Sauté onions and bacon in butter until golden.
4️⃣ In a baking dish, layer potatoes, bacon-onion mix, and cream. Top with sliced cheese.
