Ingredients:
1 large sourdough loaf
150g Brie cheese, sliced
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the top off the sourdough loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick crust.
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, fresh thyme, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the garlic herb mixture evenly on the inside of the bread.
Layer slices of Brie cheese inside the bread, followed by a generous amount of cranberry sauce.
Place the stuffed sourdough loaf on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese has melted.
