📋 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, sliced into rings
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing, for dipping
📝 Instructions
1. Preheat your oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Form small patties and stuff them into the center of the onion rings.
4. In a shallow dish, coat each stuffed onion ring with flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Carefully fry the onion rings until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Drain on paper towels.
