Crispy Popcorn Shrimp 🍤🔥
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Directions:
1. Soak shrimp in buttermilk for 20 minutes.
2. Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
4. Dredge shrimp in the flour mix and fry until golden (2–3 mins per batch).
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
