Ground Beef & Gravy Over Mash 🥔🍖
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
2 cups beef broth
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
4 cups mashed potatoes (store-bought or homemade)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion. Drain excess fat.
2. Push beef aside, melt butter, and stir in flour to make a roux.
3. Slowly whisk in beef broth, stir until thickened.
4. Mix beef back in, season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve hot over mashed potatoes and garnish with parsley.
