Creamy Tuscan Spaghetti πΏπ
Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup grated Parmesan
Β½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup baby spinach
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sautΓ© garlic for 1 min.
3. Add cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and seasoning. Simmer 3β4 mins.
4. Stir in spinach until wilted.
5. Toss in the spaghetti and coat well. Add salt & pepper to taste.
