Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup cold butter
2 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp ice water
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
4 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Combine crust ingredients and press into molds. Bake at 350°F until golden.
Whisk milk, sugar, and cornstarch until thick.
Beat yolks, temper with hot mix, and return to heat.
Add vanilla and stir until glossy.
Fill tart crusts, chill, and dust with cinnamon.
