Golden, flaky pastry filled with creamy mushroom goodness—perfect as an appetizer!
📝 Ingredients:
• 1 sheet puff pastry
• 200 g mushrooms, sliced
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 200 ml cream
• 1 tbsp butter
• Salt, pepper, parsley
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cut puff pastry into rounds or squares. Bake at 200°C until puffed and golden.
2️⃣ In a pan, sauté onion and mushrooms in butter until soft.
3️⃣ Add cream, simmer until thickened, season to taste.
4️⃣ Slice tops off pastry and gently press down the center.
5️⃣ Fill with mushroom mixture, garnish with parsley, and serve!
