- 🧀 6 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- 🍅 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
- 🌿 Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
📋 Directions:
**Step 1️⃣: Prepare the Meatball Mixture**
👉 In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
**Step 2️⃣: Form the Meatballs**
👉 Take about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture, flatten it slightly in your hand, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, and carefully wrap the meat around the cheese, sealing it well.
**Step 3️⃣: Preheat the Oven**
👉 Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
