Crockpot Ribs
You've got to try this easy crockpot ribs recipe for fall off the bone ribs! If you've never made beef or pork ribs in your slow cooker they taste amazing.
Ingredients
1 rack pork ribs
▢6 cups Coke, approx., enough to submerge, or use apple juice or beer as the liquid
▢1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
Put rack of ribs in large slow cooker. (we remove the membrane first to make them even more tender but that is up to you). If a large rack, cut into 4 – 6 ribs each and stack inside.
Add enough apple juice so the ribs are as submerged as possible. Put on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
Carefully take out (they will be ready to fall apart) and lay on cookie sheet. Brush barbecue sauce over the top. Put in oven at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes or broiled for a few minutes until the top turns lightly crisp/browned and caramelized on top of ribs.
