🥩🥔🇮🇹 Capretto al Forno (Roast Kid Goat)
Ingredients:
2.2 lb (1 kg) kid goat meat
1.1 lb (500 g) potatoes
1 onion (5 oz / 150 g), sliced
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
2 sprigs thyme or rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
🥔 Arrange potatoes and onion in a roasting dish, drizzle with olive oil.
🥩 Place goat meat on top, season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
🔥 Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour until tender and golden.
✨ Serve hot with roasted potatoes.
