Cabbage Soup with Ground Beef
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 6 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add in the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
2. Stir in the cabbage, carrots, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Simmer the soup for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
