🥦🇮🇹 Orecchiette con Cime di Rapa
Ingredients:
9 oz (250 g) orecchiette pasta
10.5 oz (300 g) turnip greens (rapini)
4 anchovy fillets
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
🥬 Blanch turnip greens in salted water, then chop.
🍝 Cook orecchiette in the same water.
🥄 In a pan, sauté garlic, anchovies and red pepper flakes in olive oil until melted.
🌿 Toss in greens and pasta, mix well. Serve hot.
