Ham and Swiss Sliders
Ingredients:
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 pound deli ham
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
2. Slice the rolls in half, then layer the ham and Swiss cheese on the bottom half.
3. Place the top half of the rolls back on top.
4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion.
5. Pour the mixture over the sliders, making sure to cover them evenly.
6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
