• Powdered sugar or chocolate sauce

Instructions
1. Make the sponge cake: Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Sift in the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and vanilla. Gently fold with a spatula.
3. Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 12–15 minutes.
4. Once baked, roll the sponge with the parchment paper while warm. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
