π₯ Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Ups
π Ingredients:
β’ 8 slices soft white bread, crusts removed
β’ 4 oz cream cheese, softened
β’ 2 tbsp powdered sugar
β’ 1 tsp vanilla extract
β’ ΒΌ cup brown sugar
β’ 1 tbsp cinnamon
β’ 2 eggs
β’ ΒΌ cup milk
β’ Butter for the pan
β’ Optional: powdered sugar or maple syrup for topping

Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread a little filling on each slice, then roll up tightly.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
Dip each roll in egg mixture, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
Cook in a buttered skillet over medium heat, turning until golden all around (about 2β3 minutes per side).
Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy warm!
