Main Filling (choose one or mix):
1 lb ground beef or shredded chicken (or black beans/lentils for vegetarian)
1 small onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Creamy Sauce:
1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup salsa (any kind β mild, medium, or hot)
Optional: 1/4 tsp smoked paprika or chipotle powder for extra flavor
Wrap & Toppings:
4 large flour tortillas
Extra shredded cheese
Chopped cilantro
Diced tomatoes or pico de gallo
Avocado or guacamole

Cook the Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or chicken with diced onion and garlic until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Season with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Make It Creamy
Lower the heat and stir in sour cream, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and salsa.
Mix until everything is melted and smooth. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thick and creamy.
Assemble the Burritos
Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
Spoon the creamy mixture into the center of each tortilla. Roll tightly.
