Ingredients:
• 250 g flour
• 100 g butter
• 100 g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 15 g fresh yeast
• 1 pinch salt
• Filling: caramel, chocolate, or jam

Instructions:
1️⃣ Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk.
2️⃣ Mix flour, sugar, salt, eggs, butter, and yeast mixture. Rest 1h.
3️⃣ Cook waffles in an iron.
4️⃣ Split and fill with caramel, chocolate, or jam.
