š„š§š Bacon Cheeseburger Mac ānā Cheese Casserole ā Comfort Food at Its Best!
Ingredients:
1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
2 cups milk
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook beef and onion in a skillet until browned; drain. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk to make a sauce. Stir in half the cheese.
Combine macaroni, beef, bacon, and sauce. Pour into a casserole dish.
Top with remaining cheese and bake 20ā25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
