Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 2 large apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
