✔ ½ tbsp Rose water 🌹
✔ ¼ tsp Vanilla extract 🌿
✔ ¼ cup Pistachios, chopped 🌰
✔ 3 Whole pistachios (for garnish) 🌰
✔ 3 Edible rose petals (for garnish) 🌸
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Infuse the Flavors
Warm evaporated milk slightly and add saffron threads. Let it steep for 5 minutes to release its color and aroma.
2️⃣ Whip the Cream
In a bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
3️⃣ Mascarpone Mixture
