For the Salad Bowl:
2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced 🍗
1 cup cherry tomatoes (mix of red & yellow), halved 🍅
1 cup cucumber, sliced 🥒

For the Yogurt Herb Dressing:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

Grill or pan-sear seasoned chicken breasts until cooked through, then slice. In a large bowl, layer mixed greens, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes. Arrange sliced chicken on top.
