Cheese, Beef & Bacon Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:
12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

1 lb ground beef

6 slices bacon, chopped

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the pan.

Add ground beef to the same skillet, season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned. Remove beef and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and red pepper flakes, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Add the cooked pasta, beef, and bacon to the sauce, tossing everything to coat well.

Let it cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
