โœ… 200 ml of milk ๐Ÿฅ›
โœ… 200 ml of water ๐Ÿ’ง
โœ… 4 tablespoons of sugar ๐Ÿฌ
โœ… 1 teaspoon salt tea ๐Ÿง‚
โœ… 1 egg ๐Ÿฅš
โœ… 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ
โœ… 1 tablespoon of dry yeast ๐Ÿž
โœ… approx. 800 g of wheat flour ๐ŸŒพ (until the dough does not stick in the hands)

๐Ÿ”ธ For filling:
๐Ÿง€ Cheese (mozzarella, gouda or your preference)
๐Ÿฅ“ Ham

๐Ÿ”ธ For coverage:
๐Ÿง€ Rallado cheese

๐Ÿ‘ต๐ŸผMod of preparation๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿผ
1๏ธโƒฃ In a bowl, mix milk, water, sugar, salt, egg and oil.
2๏ธโƒฃ Add the yeast and mix well.
3๏ธโƒฃ Add the flour little by little until you get a soft and homogeneous dough.
4๏ธโƒฃ Knead well and let stand for 20 minutes.
5๏ธโƒฃ Stretch the dough and cut it in portions.
6๏ธโƒฃ Fill with ham and cheese, and close them well forming balls.
7๏ธโƒฃ Place the rolls on a tray and let another 30 minutes rest for them.
8๏ธโƒฃ Paint with beaten egg and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
9๏ธโƒฃ Bake at 180 ยฐ C for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
