200 ml of milk ๐ฅ

200 ml of water ๐ง

4 tablespoons of sugar ๐ฌ

1 teaspoon salt tea ๐ง

1 egg ๐ฅ
โ
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil ๐ข๏ธ

1 tablespoon of dry yeast ๐

approx. 800 g of wheat flour ๐พ (until the dough does not stick in the hands)
๐ธ For filling:
๐ง Cheese (mozzarella, gouda or your preference)
๐ฅ Ham
๐ธ For coverage:
๐ง Rallado cheese
๐ต๐ผMod of preparation๐ต๐ผ
1๏ธโฃ In a bowl, mix milk, water, sugar, salt, egg and oil.
2๏ธโฃ Add the yeast and mix well.
3๏ธโฃ Add the flour little by little until you get a soft and homogeneous dough.
4๏ธโฃ Knead well and let stand for 20 minutes.
5๏ธโฃ Stretch the dough and cut it in portions.
6๏ธโฃ Fill with ham and cheese, and close them well forming balls.
7๏ธโฃ Place the rolls on a tray and let another 30 minutes rest for them.
8๏ธโฃ Paint with beaten egg and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
9๏ธโฃ Bake at 180 ยฐ C for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
