Homemade Gummy Bear
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fruit juice (such as apple, orange, or raspberry)
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons gelatin powder
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Gummy bear molds
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice and water over low heat.
Gradually whisk in the gelatin powder until it is fully dissolved.
If using honey or maple syrup, stir it into the mixture until well combined.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Carefully pour the mixture into the gummy bear molds, filling each mold to the top.
Refrigerate the molds for at least 2 hours, or until the gummy bears are set and firm.
Once set, remove the gummy bears from the molds and enjoy!
