Creamy Alfredo Fettuccine
Easy to make and my family enjoys it last week!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 & 1/2 cups heavy cream
3 cloves garlic -finely minced
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 pound fettuccine cook
1- 8 oz pack grape tomatoes
1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
In a pan, melts the butter. Add the minced garlic and saute till fragrant. Add grape tomatoes and saute for 1 minute. Add peas, Then add heavy cream. Mix the cream until fully combined and simmers. Add the Parmesan cheese and continue mixing until the sauce thickens. Add Italian seasonings!
Taste and add black pepper if needed. Serve immediately on top of pasta. Sprinkle extra cheese. Enjoy!
