Low Carb Cheddar Bay Biscuits
4 oz cream cheese
2 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup bacon
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine cream cheese and mozzarella cheese then microwave up to a minute.
Add baking powder, eggs, ranch and almond flour and mix well until fully combined.
Stir in the cheese and bacon.
Spray a cast iron skillet.
Divide up the mixture into 8 “biscuits.”
Bake for about 25 minutes.
Optional— brush the tops with butter.
Serve as is or slice in half and make sliders.
