Sweet & Smoky Honey Garlic Chicken Bites
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
For the Sauce:
¼ cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Directions:
Toss chicken bites with cornstarch until evenly coated.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add honey, soy sauce, vinegar, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Let simmer for another 2–3 minutes to soak up all the flavor.
Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and serve hot.
