Milky Way Caramel Cheesecake Brownies
Ingredients:
Brownie Layer:
1 box fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Caramel Layer:
1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
4 Milky Way bars, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan. Line with parchment for easy removal.
Prepare brownie batter according to box instructions and stir in vanilla. Pour half of the batter into the pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over the brownie layer.
Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer.
Sprinkle chopped Milky Way bars evenly.
Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and gently spread to cover.
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is set.
Let cool, then drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce. Chill before slicing for clean cuts.
