Creamy Three-Cheese Shrimp Penne Pasta recipe for you!

Ingredients:
For the Pasta:
12 oz penne pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt (for boiling water)

For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon butter

For the Cheese Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

For Garnish:
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Extra Parmesan for sprinkling

Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Drain, toss with olive oil, and set aside.

2. Prepare the Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter.

Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and slightly charred.

Remove from heat and set aside.

3. Make the Cheese Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

Pour in heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Bring to a gentle simmer, then lower the heat.

Gradually stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, and sharp cheddar, whisking until smooth and creamy.

4. Combine Everything:
Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and toss to coat.

Gently fold in the grilled shrimp.

5. Serve & Garnish:
Transfer to a serving dish or metallic takeout container for that restaurant-style feel.

Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.

Serve warm and enjoy the creamy, cheesy, and smoky shrimp-infused goodness!

Serving Tip:
Pair with garlic bread or a side salad for a complete meal.

This dish is rich, comforting, and absolutely indulgent! Let me know if you’d like any modifications! 😊🍤🧀
