I stop buying Yakisoba Sauce after I made this recipe!

So good and delicious! Definitely worth to keep this recipe handy.

Easy Yakisoba Sauce:
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp chili garlic oil (optional)
1 tsp honey
*mix well in a small bowl

This recipe is good for 1 pound yakisoba noodles.

2 tablespoons oil for sautéing
1/2 pound meat of choice (chicken, pork or beef) I use beef and sliced thinly
1 onion sliced
1/2 carrots-julienne
1 bell pepper sliced
1 pound yakisoba noodles (cooked according to instructions) set aside
Yakisoba sauce (see note above)

Steps:
In a pan, heat oil and fry the beef. Fry till brown, then, add onion. Stirfry for about 1 minute. Then, add carrots and bell pepper. Stirfry for another minute. Add the cooked yakisoba noodles. Then, pour the yakisoba sauce. Mix and Stirfry for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce is fully absorbed and mix in to the noodles. Remove from heat. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
