Instructions:
1 Preheat Oven & Prep Pan:�Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).�Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2 Make the Brownie Batter:�In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.�Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until fully combined.�Fold in chocolate chips and half of the chopped Mini Eggs.
