My guy is vegan… I made him a vegan meatloaf I had to show him every ingredient I used because he couldn’t believe it was vegan! Seasoning is everything! 😘
Edit: I’m not Vegan guys my guy is.. So I made the vegan loaf as I would a meat one! I can’t give measurements because I’m a Mississippi woman and we just eye it!!
I used plant base meat
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
SoyMilk
Tomato paste
Flaxseed for the egg substitute it give the introduction on the back
green, red, yellow peppers
white onions
Mushrooms
Tony Chackere’s
Vegetable Seasoning
Meatloaf Seasoning
Mixed it all and baked it on 350 for 45-1. I covered it in aluminum foil also. Hope this helps
