Mussels in White Wine 🇫🇷
A classic seafood dish featuring fresh mussels steamed in a flavorful white wine and garlic broth! 🦪🍷
Ingredients:
• Fresh mussels: 1kg
• Dry white wine: 250ml
• Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
• Shallot: 1, finely chopped
• Butter: 30g
• Parsley: 2 tbsp, chopped
• Black pepper: ½ tsp
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a pot, melt butter and sauté shallots and garlic.
2️⃣ Add mussels and pour in white wine, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until mussels open.
3️⃣ Sprinkle with fresh parsley and black pepper, then serve with crusty bread! 🥖🍾
