Nutella Cream-Filled Crepes
Ingredients:
For the Crepes:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
For the Nutella Cream Filling:
1/2 cup Nutella
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For Garnish:
Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries)
Powdered sugar
Whipped cream (optional)
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and sugar until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and tilt it to spread the batter evenly, creating a thin layer.
Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove from the pan and set aside. Repeat with the remaining batter.
For the Nutella cream filling, whisk together Nutella, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and fluffy.
Once the crepes are cooked, spread a generous amount of Nutella cream filling on each crepe and fold them into quarters or roll them up.
Garnish with fresh berries, a dusting of powdered sugar, and whipped cream (if desired). Serve immediately and enjoy!
