Do you love tender, melt-in-your-mouth meats like ribeye steak, chicken breast, pork chops, or salmon?
Ingredients:
Ribeye steak (or meat of your choice)
Baking soda
Salt and pepper (or your favorite seasoning)
Instructions:
Tenderize with Baking Soda:Rinse your ribeye steak under cold water.
Lightly sprinkle baking soda on both sides of the steak.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Rinse off the baking soda thoroughly under cold water.
Pat the steak dry with paper towels.
Season the Steak:Season both sides of the steak with salt, pepper, or your preferred seasoning.
Preheat Air Fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the Steak:Place the steak in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through for medium-rare. Adjust time according to your desired doneness.
Rest and Serve:Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
