- 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Raw almonds

Instructions:

1. **Prepare Coconut Base:** In a food processor, combine shredded coconut, maple syrup, 3 tbsp melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Process for about 40 seconds until the mixture becomes sticky and tacky. Avoid over-processing to prevent the coconut from releasing excess oil.

2. **Form Bites:** Divide the coconut mixture evenly into a mini muffin tin, pressing and packing it firmly into each cavity.

3. **Melt Chocolate:** In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips and 2 tsp coconut oil. Melt using the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler.

4. **Assemble:** Spoon melted chocolate over each coconut base, smoothing the top. Place a raw almond in the center of each.

5. **Freeze:** Place the tray in the freezer for 3–4 hours until set. Once firm, remove the bites from the muffin tin and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
