Ingredients
🥚 Boiled eggs (halved)
🥦 Steamed asparagus
🍅 Cherry tomatoes (halved)
🍄 Sautéed mushrooms
🥬 Fresh spinach
🧂 Salt & 🧈 Olive oil or butter
🧄 Optional: garlic, pepper, herbs
Instructions
1. 🍳 Boil eggs until medium or hard, peel and slice in half.
2. 🥦 Lightly steam asparagus until tender.
3. 🍄 Sauté mushrooms with olive oil or butter, and a pinch of garlic.
4. 🥗 On a plate, arrange spinach as a base.
5. 🍅 Add cherry tomatoes, asparagus, mushrooms, and eggs.
6. 🧂 Season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
7. ✅ Serve fresh and enjoy a nourishing plate!
