🇮🇹 Chicken Marsala (Chicken in Wine Mushroom Sauce) Golden chicken breasts simmered in a rich, savory Marsala wine sauce with tender mushrooms!
Ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin
• 1 cup Marsala wine
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Olive oil
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. 🍗 Lightly flour chicken and season with salt and pepper.
2. 🔥 Sear chicken in olive oil until golden, then set aside.
3. 🍄 Sauté mushrooms in butter, pour in Marsala wine and broth.
4. 🍷 Simmer sauce, then return chicken to pan to finish cooking.
5. 🌿 Serve hot with sauce spooned over the top!
