French Croustade aux Pommes 🇫🇷
A flaky apple pastry with layers of crispy dough and sweet caramelized apples! 🍏🥧
Ingredients:
• Flour: 250g
• Apples: 3 (about 400g), sliced
• Sugar: 50g
• Butter: 100g, melted
• Cinnamon: 1 tsp
• Phyllo dough: 6 sheets
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F). Mix apples with sugar and cinnamon.
Layer phyllo dough, brushing each with melted butter.
Place apple mixture in the center and fold dough over.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm! 🍏🍂
