Homemade Naan Bread 🍞✨
👉 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆!
Mix sugar, yeast, and warm water; let it bubble for 10 minutes.
Add eggs, salt, oil, and yogurt, then stir in 2 cups of flour. Knead for 10 minutes, adding more flour until smooth. Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Divide into 8-10 pieces, roll each into a ball, then flatten into 5–6-inch rounds.
Heat a pan (with or without oil) and cook each naan until golden brown on both sides.
Brush with oil or butter, garnish with fresh herbs, and enjoy! 🌿🥰
