Baked Parmesan Squash 🧀🥒✨
Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
✔️ 2 medium yellow squash (or zucchini) 🥒
✔️ 2 tbsp olive oil
✔️ ½ tsp salt
✔️ ¼ tsp black pepper
✔️ ½ tsp garlic powder 🧄
✔️ ½ tsp Italian seasoning 🌿
✔️ ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
✔️ ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven 🔥
Set to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Slice the Squash 🥒
Cut squash into ¼-inch thick rounds.
3️⃣ Season & Coat 🌿
In a bowl, toss squash rounds with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Arrange on the baking sheet in a single layer.
4️⃣ Add Parmesan & Bake 🧀
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese (and breadcrumbs if using) evenly over each slice.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
