🇫🇷 Daube Provençale 🥩🍷
A rich and flavorful slow-cooked beef stew from Provence, infused with herbs and red wine! ❤️✨
Ingredients:
2 lbs (900g) beef, cubed
2 cups (500ml) red wine
2 carrots, chopped
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Marinate beef in red wine, garlic, thyme, and bay leaf overnight.
Heat olive oil in a pot and brown the beef. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onions and carrots, then return beef to the pot.
Pour in the marinade and simmer on low for 2-3 hours.
Serve hot with fresh bread or pasta!
