Baked Pears with Berries, Honey, Walnuts & Blue Cheese
Ingredients:
4 pears, halved and cored
1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pear halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Drizzle pears with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Top each pear half with a few berries, chopped walnuts, and crumbled blue cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until pears are tender and cheese is slightly melted.
