π For the Chicken:
2 large chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil π«
3 tbsp honey π―
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 garlic cloves, minced π§
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt & pepper to taste π§

π₯ For the Potatoes:
500g baby potatoes, whole or halved
1 tbsp olive oil π«
1 tsp dried herbs (like oregano or rosemary)
Salt & pepper π§
π₯¬ For the Green Beans:
300g fresh green beans
1 tbsp butter or olive oil π§
1 garlic clove, minced π§
Salt to taste π§
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F). In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, mustard, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Place chicken in a baking dish, pour over half the sauce. Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper, and arrange around the chicken. Bake for 30β35 minutes, basting the chicken once or twice. Meanwhile, steam or sautΓ© green beans in butter with garlic and a pinch of salt until tender-crisp. Add them to the baking dish for the last 5 minutes or serve on the side. Slice the chicken, drizzle with remaining sauce, and garnish with parsley.
