This bold and creamy Cajun pasta is packed with tender steak, juicy shrimp, and a rich Alfredo sauce. The perfect balance of heat and comfort in every bite!
π Ingredients:
β 8 oz fettuccine pasta
β 1 tbsp olive oil
β 1 tbsp butter
β Β½ lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
β Β½ lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
β 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (divided)
β 3 cloves garlic, minced
β 1 Β½ cups heavy cream
β Β½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
β Β½ tsp paprika
β Β½ tsp black pepper
β ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
β Fresh parsley & extra Parmesan for garnish
π©βπ³ Directions:
1οΈβ£ Cook Pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain & set aside.
2οΈβ£ Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil & butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with Β½ tbsp Cajun seasoning and sear for 3-4 minutes per side (or until desired doneness). Remove & set aside.
3οΈβ£ Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add shrimp, Β½ tbsp Cajun seasoning, and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove & set aside.
4οΈβ£ Make the Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and sautΓ© 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
5οΈβ£ Combine: Toss pasta in the sauce, then add the shrimp & steak back to the pan. Stir gently.
6οΈβ£ Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley & extra Parmesan. Dig in!
