Orange Dreamsicle No-Bake Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
4. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, orange zest, and fresh orange juice. Continue to beat until fully incorporated and smooth.
5. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
7. Pour the filling over the chilled crust, spreading evenly.
8. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until firm and set.
9. Before serving, garnish with additional orange zest or thin orange slices if desired.

Tips:
