Caramel Apple Fudge Delight
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 7 oz marshmallow cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried apple slices, chopped
Directions:
1. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, brown sugar, unsalted butter, evaporated milk, and apple cider. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a full boil.
2. Continue boiling for 5 minutes while stirring to prevent burning.
3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, white chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Fold in the chopped dried apple slices evenly.
5. Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8x8-inch baking pan and spread evenly.
6. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 2 hours or until firm.
7. Cut into squares and serve.
