Creamsicle Orange Cookies
Ingredients:
1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
Zest of 1 orange
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup powdered sugar (for drizzle)
2 tablespoons orange juice (for drizzle)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, orange extract, and orange zest until combined.
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
Using a small cookie scoop, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
Slightly flatten each dough ball and swirl 1/2 teaspoon orange marmalade on top of each cookie.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Cool completely. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cookies.
Let the drizzle set, then enjoy!

Tips:
